REFUND POLICY

The refund is only applicable for the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped out to your shipping address. We are sorry that there’s no way for us to process the refund after the product left our warehouse to be delivered. However, you will have a 3 days period to request a product replacement if you’re not satisfied as stated under our return policy.

If you wish to cancel your order and get a refund, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1. – Notifying us of your intention to cancel your order

Notifying us you wish to cancel your order and request for a refund anytime before the product is shipped out from our warehouse (“before you receive any shipping tracking code”), by calling customer service on +603-77731278 with your order details or send an email to us ([email protected])

STEP 2. – Processing The Refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your notification that you would like to cancel your order. You will receive email notification of your refund from us.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card and bank account used during purchase. Every successful cancellation of the order will be charged for 7% for processing and handling fee. The charges might be varied in different situations and shall be determined when necessary.

Please note: Only products purchased from Monae Beauty® Official Store (‘https://www.monaebeauty.co///‘) may be returned for refund or exchange.
