RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 3 working days after you received and signed for your ordered products. We do accept exchange of product under certain circumstances ONLY:

  • The delivered product is not what you ordered.
  • The delivered product is broken or unusable.

If you wish to return an item purchased through Monae Beauty®, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1. – Notifying us of your intention to return your order

Notifying us you wish to return the goods within 3 working days after delivery can be done by calling customer service on +603 – 7773 1278 or email to [email protected] with your order details, including the condition of the product.

STEP 2. – Returning the product

Upon the confirmation of the return of goods from Monae Beauty® proceed to any nearest or your preferred courier company and ship the product back to us. Important to note that we do not cover the return shipping fee, however, the 2nd shipping for the replacement product will be free of charge (“FOC”).

STEP 3. – Processing the exchange

Once we receive the returned product from you, we will then immediately ship your replacement product. Expect 2 – 3 working days for East Malaysia and 5 – 6 working days for West Malaysia.

Please note: Only products purchased from Monae Beauty® Official Store (‘https://www.monaebeauty.co///‘) may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at +603-7774 1278.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
